Our Policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you find a fault with your product, you have one month from the delivery date to get in touch letting us know what the problem is, and providing photos/videos. Depending on product availability, we will offer you a replacement free of charge or a full refund.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

We ship internationally, and as a result some customers from outside of the UK may incur customs charges when receiving their items. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for these fees, and it is up to you to pay them.

 

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT?

All of our products are sent via Royal Mail Tracked postage*, and along with confirmation of shipping you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check your item's progress here. If you have not received confirmation that your item has been shipped within a week (and have not heard from us about possible delays), please get in touch at [email protected]. If you are struggling to find tracking information, or your item shows as delivered but you're sure it's not with you, let us know.

*there are some countries where tracked postage may not available. If this is the case for you, we'll let you know and send via signed postage instead.
